Items that are manufactured by TOTALLY WATERPROOF CONTAINERS are warrantied for a period of 1 YEAR.

AO COOLERS Limited-Lifetime Product Warranties
AO Coolers offers Limited-Lifetime Product Warranties on the Liners and Top Zipper of our coolers. We are happy to repair and return your cooler if it meets the following criteria:
- Clean: We should be willing to touch your cooler without having to wear gloves
- Dry: Coolers that are shipped wet arrive moldy and delay the process
- Exterior has no major wear and tear (Based on our discretion)
Our Guarantee Covers:
- The Liner: if the cooler leaks because of manufacture defect, or normal use we will repair the liner. Â Â Â Â
- The Main Zipper: This is the zipper on the top of the cooler, we do not cover the side pocket zippers.   We will repair the main top zipper of the cooler. Â
Please note that coolers damaged by crushed cans, bottle caps,animals, dry ice, glass, or other uses that are not considered normal wear and tear are not covered by our warranty.
We will fix your cooler but the fee will be $25.00. Please see Cooler Repair Instructions below and follow those including the $25.00 fee instead of the $12.00 fee.
** Make sure coolers are dry and clean before returning them to us. If they arrive moldy or filthy we will not repair the coolers.
Product Warranties expire once the exterior of the cooler becomes too weak to sew in a new liner or zipper and is based on our discretion.
If we are unable to repair your cooler we will offer you a discount on a new cooler.

COOLER REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
We will take 20% off the price of the new cooler if your cooler is too old or dirty to repair.

COOLER REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS:
If you are returning your cooler you must include $12.00 (per cooler) if the cooler is over a year old.
We use the honor-system, so we’ll take your word for it either way. So, if you bought your cooler less than a year ago, do not send $12.00 dollars (but please tell us that the cooler is less than a year old)
But, if your cooler is more than a year old, attach $12.00 to cover shipping. Remember it’s $12.00 per cooler you send back. Please note that repairs will take about 4-5 weeks.
- Make sure cooler meets our repair criteria.
- Place $12.00 cash or a check made to AO Coolers inside the cooler.
- Include a note with your name, return address, and phone number and reason for return (liner or zipper)

ARMPOCKET Limited Product Warranties
7 Year Limited Warranty
Limited Warranty: with meticulous quality control practices in place, we back up our workmanship with a 7 year limited warranty.
Armpocket Enterprises warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for normal use for a period of seven years from the original purchase date (“Limited Warranty”).
Except as set forth in this Limited Warranty, Armpocket Enterprises makes no warranties or representations as to the performance of its products. No affirmation of fact, including, but not limited to, statements regarding suitability for use or performance of the products shall be construed to create an express or implied warranty of any kind whatsoever with respect to the products.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: OTHER THAN THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY, ARMPOCKET ENTERPRISES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY.
An original or copy of a sales receipt from the original Armpocket Authorized sales retailer is required for warranty service. This limited warranty does not cover purchases made from 3rd party sellers on auction sites and online sales auction confirmations are not valid for warranty service.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the product to conform to the warranty has resulted from:

Normal wear and tear of Product use

Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use

Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose

Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

The product that has been modified or altered

Damage caused by accident, fire or other hazards
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Armpocket Enterprises be liable for any indirect, exemplary, special, consequential or incidental damages of any kind (including without limitation loss of profits or revenue, loss of use or data) arising out of the use of its products, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, and even if Armpocket Enterprises has been advised of the possibility of such damages or loss.
The liability of Armpocket Enterprises, if any, for damages relating to allegedly defective products shall, under any legal or equitable theory, be limited to the actual price paid by the customer for such products.
Warranty Claim Procedure
In order to obtain service under the 7-Year Limited Warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Armpocket at returns@armpocket.com or by phone 877.276.7628. You must ship the product in an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the original date of purchase.
If Armpocket Enterprises determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is covered by the 7-Year Limited Guaranty, Armpocket Enterprises will replace the product or offer a store credit to www.armpocket.com.
Refunds are available up to 30 days after purchase date. If you return the Armpocket Aqua Waterproof armband, you must add the AQUA ID# to your RMA. This number is printed inside the product.

DRYCASE Product Warranties
DryCase reserves the right to determine whether the product was damaged due to a manufacturing defect or by wear and tear.
So customers may be entitled to a replacement or product credit depending on the circumstances and assessment of the damages.

One Year Warranty
DryCase Phone/Tablet Cases, Headphones, and Speakers are protected under Limited One Year Product Warranties that ensure coverage of manufacturing defects within the product’s normal scope of use.
DryCase will be responsible for any product that is deemed to have a manufacturing defect within the first year after the consumer purchase of the product, but is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred because of loss or misuse of that product.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
DryCase Dry Bags and Coolers are protected under Limited Lifetime Product Warranties that ensure coverage of manufacturing defects within the product’s normal scope of use.
DryCase will be responsible for any product that is deemed to have a manufacturing defect within the life of the product, but is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred because of loss or misuse of that product.
In order to fulfill the warranty, DryCase requires the following documentation:
- Copy of Original Proof of Purchase.
- A typed page with Customer Name, Contact Info, Shipping Address, Explanation of the Defect, and RA Number.
- RA Number can be obtained by either calling DryCase Customer Service (910-791-0009) or by emailing returns@drycase.com.
- Photos of Damaged Product/Area of Damage
- In some instances DryCase will request the product be shipped back for evaluation.
- The customer must incur any return shipping and handling costs associated with getting the product back to Dry Case at:

Depending on the type of damage and depreciation of the product, DryCase will either:
- Provide a replacement product free of charge
- Provide a product credit towards a future purchase
- Determine the cause of the defect, and take appropriate action to improve the manufacturing quality control process.
Drycase does not assume any responsibility for damaged devices that were inside the Drycase whether this damage is due to water, impact, or other circumstances. We have no way of knowing how the device was damaged, and the Drycase can be waterproof tested before each and every use.

1-Year Warranty
If you purchased the item outside of www.lewisnclark.com:
Please note that stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. During the warranty period, we will replace any product that is defective without charge.
Please email us at info@lcibrands.com and detail the location that the item was purchased, date of purchase, issue with the item, as well as any other information you can provide. Include pictures if applicable.

ICEMULE Product Warranties & Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or a replacement.
Please note that we can only honor return / replacement requests from Authorized IceMule Dealers. Â
In some cases, unauthorized sellers creep up in 3rd-party shopping sites and we cannot verify that the product you purchased is a genuine IceMule. In such cases, we may not be able to honor your return / refund request.
If you have any questions about whether your seller is a legitimate IceMule dealer, please contact us and we will be able to tell you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

OVERBOARD Product Warranties & Returns Policy Â
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any merchandise in a new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt, for a full credit, refund, or exchange, but first you MUST send an e-mail to sales@over-board.com with your intent, before you return the merchandise.
We will then e-mail you back with a Return Authorization Number that you must apply to the outside of the package before you return the shipment.
Products not in a new and unused condition are not eligible for return. Product returned without prior return authorizations or without noted return authorization numbers are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Original freight charges, and your return freight costs, are not refundable unless required due to a product manufacturing defect.

All products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 years. If a product fails during that time due to a manufacturing defect, even after extensive use, we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it.
