First, there is the heavy duty welded TPU exterior fabric. It’s as rugged as it gets in a soft cooler.  And then the bottom is a flexible EVA molded foam. 

Next, there is the eco-friendly TPU liner.  Every AO COOLER uses the same extra strength leak-proof liner.  So the Hybrid Cooler comes with the same Limited Lifetime Warranty.  And it’s guaranteed not to leak or sweat, for the life of the cooler.

Then there is the insulation.  Critically, it’s the insulation that makes this cooler so special.  The Hybrid Soft Cooler uses 1½ inches closed cell foam which is stiff, but not hard.  

So this combination of materials produces a sizable cooler that keeps its shape, but squeezes in tight spaces because its flexible.And, it’s lightweight.  The 24 Can Hybrid Soft cooler weights just 5½ lbs, when a 24 can hard cooler weights close to 20 lbs.
